This work presents the results of research on peculiarities of radiation defect formation in single crystal n-Si, doped by deep level impurities (Cu, Ni, Ir, Rh, Pt and Au), at irradiation by γ-quanta of 60Co. A property of γ-irradiation to create only vacancies and self-interstitial atoms is used to understand the nature of deep levels with participation of these impurities and primary elemental radiation defects. The role of covalence radii and diffusion coefficients in efficiency of radiation defect formation is discussed. 相似文献

Transient heat transfer coefficients for helium gas flowing over a horizontal plate (ribbon) were measured under wide experimental conditions. The platinum plate with a thickness of 0.1 mm was used as the test heater and heated by electric current. The heat generation rate was exponentially increased with a function of Q0 exp(t/τ). The gas flow velocities ranged from 4 to 10 m/s, the gas temperatures ranged from 290 to 353 K, and the periods of heat generation rate, τ, ranged from 50 ms to 17 s. The surface superheat and heat flux increase exponentially as the heat generation rate increases with the exponential function. It was clarified that the heat transfer coefficient approaches the quasi-steady-state one for the period τ longer than about 1 s, and it becomes higher for the period shorter than around 1 s. Empirical correlation for transient heat transfer was also obtained based on the experimental data. 相似文献

Following the assignment of the 1329 and 1224 cm?1 infrared bands to chain-folded conformations in nylon 6.6 by Koenig et al. examination of the infrared spectra of positively birefringent and negatively birefringent spherulitic films has been made. The spectra indicate extensive regular folding in negative spherulites but fewer folds or less regular folding in the positive spherulite structure. The assignment of the infrared fold bands to modes of vibration of the repeat unit is discussed with reference to the spectra of films with varying extents of N deuteration (normal 6.6, disordered regions deuterated, N deutero 6.6, disordered regions hydrogenated). Electron micrographs of negative spherulites are analyzed with the infrared and previous evidence. We suggest they are built up of single-crystal lamellae of 0.2 to 0.3 μ lateral dimensions packed with a preferential orientation of the lamellae planes parallel to the radial direction but otherwise randomly oriented. 相似文献

A novel long period fiber grating (LPFG) sensor structure is proposed in this paper. It is constituted by coating an over-layer partially on the fiber grating. Then the LPFG has a two-section multilayer transversely distributed refractive index structure. Using coupling mode theory and transfer matrix method, the influences of refractive index, thickness and length of the coating layer on the spectral characteristics of the new type LPFG were analyzed. The simulation results show that the resonant band is split due to the particularity of the LPFG structure, and the wavelength splitting is strongly dependent on the parameters of the coating layer. The sensing characteristics of long period gratings (LPGs) in photonic crystal fiber (PCF) can be changed by using femtosecond laser to modify the PCF waveguide structure although dispersive characteristic plays a key role in determining the sensitivity. Based on the coupled local-mode theory, the coupling behaviors and spectral characteristics of the LPGs in PCF fabricated by a femtosecond laser and a CO2 laser are analyzed which are supported by experiment results. When the distance between the central of fiber core and the peak of the drilled hole, namely the micro-hole diameter is about 3.5 μm, the temperature and strain sensitivities are changed by 27% (from 6.20 to 7.81 pm/°C) and −21% (from −2.41 to −1.91 pm/με) in comparison with the changes of the sensitivities that is induced by CO2 laser. The investigation demonstrates that the local structural changes of PCF have an impact on the sensitivity of LPGs. The investigation demonstrates the versatility of the technique in potential applications to design the desired sensitivity of fiber grating flexibly by forming proper geometrical modulations. 相似文献

Cryotherapy has been applied on clinical injuries and as a method for exercise recovery. It is aimed to reduce edema, nervous conduction velocity, and tissue metabolism, as well as to accelerate the recovery process of the muscle injury induced by exercise. Objective: This review aim to investigate the applicability of thermal imaging as a method for monitoring skin temperature during cryotherapy. Method: Search the Web of Science database using the terms “Cryotherapy”, “Thermography”, “Thermal Image” and “Cooling”. Results: Nineteen studies met the inclusion criteria and pass the PEDro scale quality evaluation. Evidence support the use of thermal imaging as a method for monitoring the skin temperature during cryotherapy, and it is superior to other contact methods and subjective methods of assessing skin temperature. Conclusion: Thermography seems to be an efficient, trustworthy and secure method in order to monitoring skin temperature during cryotherapy application. Evidence supports the use of thermography in detriment of contact methods as well as other subjective ones. 相似文献
